Bramble

The Bramble is a well-loved cocktail, known for its fruity, sour, and sweet flavour profile. It's essentially a gin sour with a blackberry liqueur (Crème de Mûre) 

Ingredients
50ml London Dry Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
5ml Crème de Mure
Ice (cubes and crushed)
Blackberry (if available)

Method
Shake the Gin, Lemon Juice and Syrup in a shaker with ice. Strain over the crushed ice and top with the Crème de Mure. Add the Blackberries as garnish.
