Left Hand
The Left Hand cocktail is a bourbon-based drink described as a cross between a Negroni and a Manhattan. In our case we have swapped out the bourbon for Oak-Aged Gin.
Ingredients
50ml Oak-Aged Gin
25ml Campari
25ml Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes of chocolate bitters
Method
Mix all together in a mixing glass with ice
Strain into a glass
