We start with our exceptional craft Gin, then patiently infuse it with plump, wild-harvested Derbyshire sloe berries from ours and a neighbouring farm. The result after a year of steeping is a luxurious, deep crimson liqueur with a velvety-smooth texture and a perfect marriage of tart fruit and warming spice. Notes of almond, cherry, and rich plum lead to a satisfyingly long, dry finish.

Our gins are hand distilled in small batches, bottled and labelled in our eco-friendly converted grain store distillery in Derbyshire.
