Elderflower Collins

​Ingredients

• 50ml London Dry Gin
• 25ml Elderflower Cordial (BottleGreen is excellent)
• 25ml Supasawa (or just lemon or lime juice)
• Soda Water
• Ice

Method

• Add the Gin, Cordial, Supasawa and ice to a shaker and shake for a few seconds.
• Pour into a glass through a Hawthorne Strainer, top with soda water and garnish with a lemon peel.
