​Ingredients

• 40ml London Dry Gin
• 30ml Lemon Juice
• 15ml Sugar Syrup
• 2 Drops Saline Solution (salt water)
• Ice

Method

• Add all the ingredients to a shaker with some ice and shake for 20 seconds.
• Pour with a double strain using a Hawthorne and a fine strainer.

(optional) Garnish a sprinkling of fine sugar on the rim.
